The development’s commercial leasing office recently announced six new tenants that signed on to the Promenade’s street-level retail scene.
The approximately 237,000-square-foot project is located on the southwest corner of Central Avenue at Bulldog Drive near City Hall. It will consist of 204 residential units on the top three floors of the four-story structure. The first floor will consist of approximately 53,000 square feet of street-level commercial space.
The new tenants bring a mix of retail, dining, health and wellness, sports and recreation to the Promenade, developed by Persimmon Capital Partners, LLC.
“This is exactly the type of tenant mix that creates a vibrant commercial destination and serves the needs of a growing community,” said Cornelia Manfre, a commercial leasing agent with One Sotheby’s International Realty, in a press release.
The Promenade is a nearly $80 million investment. The City Council approved the project in March 2024, and construction broke ground in July.
The News-Journal reached out to Manfre for comment but did not immediately hear back.

The six tenants include:
- Fleet Feet: A specialty running shoe and fitness retailer.
- 6th Street Deli: A New York-style bagel shop and deli with coffee, desserts and Italian specialty goods.
- Enchanted Medical Aesthetics: A medical aesthetics and wellness service provider.
- SIM Lounge Golf & Sport: An indoor golf simulator and sports entertainment venue.
- AdventHealth Sports Rehab: A sports rehabilitation and physical therapy clinic.
- Grandpa Joe’s Candy Shop: A nostalgic candy store offering a wide selection of sweets.
The new additions are part of what the developer describes as the Promenade’s “Live-Work-Play” concept, designed to create “opportunities for residents and visitors to shop, dine, pursue wellness, participate in sports and enjoy entertainment in one convenient, walkable location,” according to the release.
The goal, Manfre added, “is to curate the right combination of businesses that makes The Promenade at Town Center a premier destination people want to visit again and again.”
