Best Player Prop Bets for Indianapolis Colts at Kansas City Chiefs in Week 2 SNF
Week 1 couldn’t have gone much better for the Kansas City Chiefs, who welcomed back Patrick Mahomes from injury, added Kenneth Walker III to the fold, and proceeded to whip the division rival Denver Broncos on national television. On the other end of the spectrum were the Indianapolis Colts, who got the doors blown off in a one-sided loss to the Baltimore Ravens. From a betting perspective, I have my eye on another big day for Walker as well as on a safety blanket for Mahomes.

Chiefs RB Kenneth Walker III 80+ Rushing Yards (-119)
On Monday night, Walker ran around and through Denver’s top-tier defense for 173 yards on 23 carries. A day earlier, Derrick Henry shredded the Colts for 144 yards and three TDs. While I’d expect Indianapolis to play better, and perhaps see a step back from Walker, who will be playing on short rest, I still expect the reigning Super Bowl MVP to do some damage. I would consider this a conservative approach with both 90-plus (+127) and 100-plus (+193) being viable choices depending on your comfort level.
Colts WR Alec Pierce 46+ Receiving Yards (-109)
Not a lot went right for the Colts in Week 1, and that included Daniel Jones throwing for just 166 yards in the loss. Don’t forget that it was his first game back after tearing his Achilles—we saw similar rust from Mahomes. Despite that, Pierce still managed a 4-61-0 line, which is why I like this prop so much. Pierce is such an accomplished deep threat that he only needs one downfield shot to approach or even exceed this threshold. In his 11 games with Jones at QB in 2025, Pierce had a catch of more than 25 yards in nine of them.
Chiefs WR Xavier Worthy 4+ Receptions (+105)
Nobody caught more than three passes for the Chiefs in Week 1, but Worthy tied with Walker for the most targets with six. Based on what we saw Monday night, the Chiefs are going to try to get the ball in Worthy’s hands on quick hitters that serve as an extension of the running game. With Mahomes still rounding back into form following his injury, I think we’ll continue to see a lot of plays designed to get the ball out of his hands quickly. That plays more to Worthy’s strengths than those of Rashee Rice.
