A fight over a parking spot at a Broward Walmart left a man dead, BSO says
A woman is accused of fatally shooting a man in North Lauderdale during a Tuesday fight over a parking space, according to the Broward Sheriff’s Office.

Around 12:30 p.m., Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies and North Lauderdale Fire Rescue responded to a shooting in the parking lot of a Walmart, located at 7900 W. McNab Rd.
Deputies found Bart Diguglielmo, 62, of Lauderhill, suffering from a gunshot wound, BSO said in a statement. He was taken to Broward Health Medical Center, where he died.

According to the preliminary investigation, a woman and Diguglielmo got into a verbal fight over a parking space, BSO said. The woman stayed on scene, cooperated with detectives and reported she shot Diguglielmo in self-defense.
The woman’s name was withheld, as detectives complete their investigation, according to BSO. The case will be presented to the Broward State Attorney’s Office to determine if criminal charges will be filed against her.
