Week 4 Coaches’ Poll Top 25 Released Sunday Afternoon
For the second week in a row a primetime battle of top-10 teams ended with the home team leaving the higher-ranked visitors stunned. Today, the College Football Coaches’ Poll saw some major changes, though not at the very top.

The Coaches’ Poll Top 25 has been released and while the hierarchy in the top-five remains unchanged, all 20 teams ranked six through 25 moved around. Ole Miss was the obvious big jumper, rising from No. 9 to No. 6 after their big win over LSU. The Tigers fell out of No. 7 and dropped to No. 11.
Despite winning on Saturday, Ohio State dropped from No. 6 to No. 7, while Alabama’s comeback win over FSU saw them rise to No. 8. Big 12 titans BYU and Texas Tech rose as a result of their wins and were ranked No. 9 and No. 10 respectively.

Key Movers and Shakers
Texas A&M’s stunning loss to Kentucky made them the biggest losers of the weekend in terms of rankings. They fell a full 12 spots from 8th to 20th. SMU’s loss to Louisville saw them drop nine spots, falling from 16th to 25th.

Speaking of SMU-Louisville, the Cardinals’ big win saw them rise nine spots. No other team rose more than four spots (BYU, Florida).
Falling out of the top-25 were No. 23 Houston, who lost to Texas Tech on Friday, and No. 25 Virginia, who were stunned at home by unranked West Virginia.
