Publix stores sold Friday’s $875,000 and $118,000 lottery draw winners

Friday’s three big money Florida Lottery draw games — Mega Millions, Fantasy 5, Jackpot Triple Play — produced two six-figure jackpot winners.

The big jackpot that rolled over was Mega Millions, so there’s $193 million to be won during Tuesday’s drawing.

The Jackpot Triple Play numbers of 2, 8, 19, 21, 23 and 46 repeated the numbers on a Quick Pick ticket bought at a Tampa Publix, 2724 Hillsboro Ave., giving the winner an $875,000 windfall.

A player at a Jacksonville Publix, 6001-45 Argyle Forest Blvd., chose Friday’s Fantasy 5 evening draw numbers — 5, 9, 21, 22, 30. That ticket is now worth $118,220.

These tickets must be cashed at one of the Florida Lottery district offices throughout the state. The Tampa office is at Centerpoint Business Park, 1911 U.S. 301 North, and can be called at 813-744-6134 and emailed at [email protected]. The Jacksonville office is at 8206 Philips Hwy., reachable at 904-448-4760 and [email protected]. Appointments can be made, but aren’t required.

Both offices are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., but will be closed on Labor Day.
