Under the username @Saltorfresh, Paul Vincent Critti, 21, began sending the woman the disturbing messages targeting Black people and the LGBTQ community on Oct. 7, according to the sheriff’s office.

One of the messages read, “Every single [N word] and [F word] and sympathizer shall be killed,” Critti’s arrest report states.

One message also dared someone to come to his home so he could “paint my driveway with [N word] blood,” according to Critti’s arrest report. Critti also wrote the woman saying, “Certain people should be raped and hung,” the report states.

The woman reported the messages to the FBI, which contacted the sheriff’s office. Finding Critti wasn’t difficult for detectives because he sent the woman his address and shared his location through Instagram Live, according to the report.

Detectives staked out the home at the 100 block of Southeast 33rd Terrace this week and saw a black Chevrolet out front. The car had a Connecticut tag registered to Critti. They arrested him when they saw him get into the vehicle, according to the report.

On Wednesday, Critte was being held at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on a $15,000 bond on a charge of written threats to kill or do bodily harm. He is being represented by an attorney with the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office, which entered a written plea of not-guilty on his behalf.
