Final Injury Report for Raiders-Chargers: Will Ladd McConkey, Brock Bowers Play?

The Los Angeles Chargers are at home Sunday afternoon as they host the Las Vegas Raiders in a Week 2 AFC West matchup.

Los Angeles enters Sunday’s game with an 0-1 record after losing at home to the Arizona Cardinals in Week 1.

In their loss to the Cardinals, Justin Herbert led the way for the Chargers as he recorded 209 passing yards, one passing touchdown and an interception while Ladd McConkey added 82 receiving yards and a receiving touchdown of his own.

The Chargers will try to bounce back Sunday as they face off against the Raiders in a tough home matchup.

Las Vegas enters Sunday’s contest with a 1-0 record after defeating the Miami Dolphins at home in Week 1.

Ashton Jeanty led the way for the Raiders in their Week 1 victory as he ended the game with 147 total yards and two receiving touchdowns while Kirk Cousins recorded 160 passing yards, three passing touchdowns and two interceptions.

While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Sunday afternoon’s matchup, each may be without multiple key players due to injuries.

Raiders Injury Report: Will Brock Bowers Play?

The Raiders have three players listed on their injury report, including tight end Brock Bowers.

Las Vegas has listed Bowers as doubtful and he is expected to miss his second straight game as he continues to recover from surgery for a meniscus trim he underwent ahead of Week 1.

With Bowers likely to be sidelined once again against the Chargers, Michael Mayer will likely continue to have a larger role.

The Raiders have listed quarterback Aidan O’Connell as questionable due to personal reasons while cornerback Darien Porter has been ruled out with a foot injury.

Chargers Injury Report: Will Ladd McConkey Play?

The Chargers have four players listed on their injury report for Sunday, including McConkey.

Los Angeles has listed McConkey as questionable due to a rib injury that he suffered in Week 1 and he is in danger of missing his first game of the season.

If McConkey is sidelined, Quentin Johnston and Tre Harris could both be in line for increased roles.

The Chargers have also listed defensive back Deane Leonard as questionable due to an abdomen injury.

Defensive back Elijah Molden has been ruled out due to a hamstring injury while offensive lineman Trey Pipkins III is out with a knee injury.
