Authorities responded to reports of a crash around 8:30 p.m. involving a motorcyclist and a car on the 4100 block of West Hillsboro Boulevard in Deerfield Beach, the sheriff’s office said in a Sunday statement.

As her car was turning, Maxwell Patel, of Parkland, crashed his 2022 Suzuki GSX-R570 motorcycle into the passenger side of the Nissan, causing the car to flip over.
