At 9 p.m. Sunday, the show, featuring seven original cast members zipping across the country to reunite with 82 past and present Housewives, hits Miami.

The colorful, traveling septet includes Vicki Gunvalson (Orange County), Luann de Lesseps (NYC), Porsha Williams (Atlanta) Teresa Giudice (New Jersey), Kyle Richards (Beverly Hills), Gizelle Bryant (Potamac) and Lisa Barlow (Salt Lake City).

Of course, no visit to the 305 would be complete without an on-screen appearance by “RHOM” OGs Marysol Patton and Alexia Nepola. The fun-loving twosome make a memorable cameo on Sunday’s episode, which was shot back in January, reps tell the Miami Herald.

In a now-viral snippet, the women from the various cities sit around a table chatting about the old times. Patton, sporting a baseball cap with “Miami” splashed across the front, talks about how her late mother, Elsa Patton, came to be hired after the first season, which premiered in February 2011.

Patton says her mother at first didn’t understand why cameras were following her around when shooting began.

“’’Tell me what you are doing,’” Patton recalls to the group, mimicking her mother’s thick Cuban accent.

The former publicist then relays that her mom later showed up on set with “some grandiose ensemble,” complete with a cane as accessory.

The next day, the network came calling, saying, “We want more of her!” Patton said to laughs. “That was the end of that. It was all her, not me! And I’m happy that she had that.”

However, Patton noted that five days before filming Season 3 in 2013, Mama Elsa had a stroke and “never recovered.” The fan favorite died of complications about six years later at age 84.

As Patton is winding down her story and fielding questions about the local bon vivant and fortune teller, de Lesseps snatched away the spotlight.

“I want to die having sex,” the Countess declares, to dropped jaws. “Or a heart attack.”

The cabaret headliner then launches into a yarn about how her “mommy’s sister who is 90” woke up in the middle of the night to find her husband, deceased in the restroom, like “Elvis.”

The roundtable of women appear hot and bothered that de Lesseps interrupted Patton’s touching tribute to her mom.

Later in the confessional to producers, Porsha Williams let it rip.

“I mean, not only can Luann not really sing,” the TV personality says to the camera. “But she really can’t read a room, either. Like, what the [bleep] are you doing?”

The “Roaring 20th” episode airs Sunday night and streams the following day on Peacock.
