Rick Ross was showing off his stunning Miami Beach mansion again, and we can’t say we blame him. The Carol City rapper has done quite well for himself and is enjoying the fruits of his recording-studio labor.

In May, Architectural Digest spotlighted the Star Island estate Ross bought for $35 million three summers ago, paying $2.5M below the $37.5 million asking price.

Since the mega-purchase, the 50-year-old South Florida superstar has reportedly dropped an additional $20 million on renovations.

“I wanted it to feel somewhat futuristic, but so calm,” the “Renaissance of a Boss” author told the outlet of its modern, sleek interiors. “I knew I just wanted to be able to be totally relaxed, totally calm.”

The waterfront crib is now worth way more than he paid, and the glow-up even caught the attention of Todd Nepola, formerly of “Real Housewives of Miami.” The Miami-area businessman, who is a proponent of renting over owning, hailed Ross on social media for not only being a homeowner but a “developer” who invested well.

Future nonmusical projects for Ross, who owns a bunch of Wingstop franchises, include a mixed-use, 670-unit project in Miami Gardens, near Hard Rock Stadium.

Besides perks like a heated pool, Japanese Zen garden, rooftop terrace, koi pond, gym and chef’s kitchen, the 15,000-square-foot Star Island property in Miami Beach also has a few other central features Ross favors, one in particular.

On Instagram, where his infamous handle is @richforever, Ross zeroed in on the spiral marble staircase that lights up whenever he takes a step.

“The way I hustle?” said the hip-hop mogul, who gave props to Studio 7, the celeb-favored Atlanta design studio that oversaw the makeover. “I take one step at a time.”

The nine-time Grammy nominee also zoomed the camera up to “the best chandelier on Star Island,” a mother-of-pearl beauty imported from a country whose name he didn’t exactly pronounce right. Ross joked it was shipped to the 305 personally from ”Czechoslavokomania” by a 17-man crew.

Ross is still in awe of the place admitted to AD that on the first night living there he couldn’t even sleep he was so excited.

“I’m still just taking it in,” the father of five said. “Even though I’m the biggest boss in the game, the biggest boss, Ricky Ross, I still have to take those deep breaths and really enjoy the moment.”
