Woman stabbed in Deerfield Beach on Sunday morning, officials say
A woman was stabbed in Deerfield Beach early Sunday morning and Broward Sheriff’s Office is investigating why.

At 3:45 a.m. on Sunday morning, Broward County Regional communications got a call about a stabbing on the 400 block of Northwest Third Avenue in Deerfield Beach.
Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies and Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue arrived shortly after and found a woman with stab wounds.

Paramedics took the woman to a nearby hospital; her injuries were not fatal.
BSO’s Violent Crime Unit is investigating the incident and an adult woman suspect was arrested just after 10 a.m.
