‘RHOM’ star Lisa Hochstein breaks her silence about legal hell with ex

An unpleasant chapter officially closed on Monday for Lisa Hochstein.

According to court documents, all charges were dismissed against the “Real Housewives of Miami” star who was arrested for spying on her ex-husband.

The Bravolebrity turned herself in to authorities in April after Lenny Hochstein accused her and her then-bf Jody Glidden of placing a recording device in his car during a 2023 custody visit.

The “RHOM” OG was charged with interception of wire, oral or electronic communications and detained for about six hours. She was sprung, looking no worse for wear, after posting $5,000 bond.

Part of Hochstein’s release hinged on her completing a pretrial diversion program through Miami-Dade County, which she reportedly did, as did Glidden, who also had all charges dismissed.

The good news is bittersweet. Hochstein told gossip page Reality Blurb that this unholy mess with her ex has caused “tremendous emotional and financial cost” to her and ultimately, their two school-age kids, Elle, 6, and Logan, 10.

“I’m tired of seeing the legal system used as a weapon in an attempt to hurt me,” complained the 43-year-old Canada native. “I’m grateful this chapter is finally behind me, and I’m focused on moving forward.”

As for Lenny Hochstein, the so called Boob God still has legal troubles that have nothing to do with the TV personality.

Earlier this month, “Jane Doe” sued the 59-year-old local doctor for damages after accusing him drugging and sexually assaulting her in May 2025 at his Star Island manse.

The British model claims that Hochstein supplied her with a strong sleeping pill and had his way with her while she was unconscious, which he vehemently denied.

“I have never drugged or raped anyone in my life,” the former reality star told TMZ in a statement. “This is an encounter I had over a year ago. There are multiple witnesses. If she believes she was raped she should go to the police. Not try to sue me for money. There is a video of her leaving my home the next day smiling and dancing. That is not the behavior of someone who believes she was raped.”
