Miami Beach shooting leaves man critically injured. Heavy traffic in North Beach
A man was shot early Friday morning in Miami Beach, according to police.
Just before 5 a.m., officers responded to the 6700 block of Collins Avenue and found a man with a gunshot wound. He was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center by the Miami Beach Fire Department in critical condition.

Northbound traffic on Collins Avenue has been shut down at 67th Street and diverted west to Harding Avenue and Indian Creek Drive.
