The Dodgers fell to the Braves, 3-2, on Sunday evening. The National League Divisional Series is now tied, 1-1, heading into a pivotal Game 3.

But while the Dodgers have been the class of the sport, their fans are taking heat for leaving Dodger Stadium early on Sunday night, in an attempt to beat traffic. Dodgers fans were seen rushing for the exits heading into the ninth inning, with their team trailing by just two runs.

Atlanta Journal Constitution reporter Ken Suguira shared footage of the playoff exits.

He wrote: “Dodgers fans heading for the gates after eighth inning.”

It’s not everyone, obviously, but it’s still a pretty rough look to leave early in a close game heading into the ninth inning, especially in the postseason.

MLB fans call out Dodgers fans for leaving game early

MLB fans are taunting the “spoiled” Dodgers fans for leaving the game early.

“IT’S A TWO-RUN GAME IN THE 9TH INNING IN OCTOBER! Wow,” one fan wrote.

“Just the absolute worst. Ohtani could have been a Cub and been a legend for life,” one fan added.

“If this happened at Truist, it would be a national story. Instead, we get crickets…not unlike the Dodgers’ ownership scandal dumpster fire,” one fan added.

“Hmm, those playoff crowds. I thought LA was suppose to be elite baseball fans these days,” one fan added.

“What an embarrassment. Its 8pm on a Sunday in a 3-1 game and you leave??” one fan added.

“This team and fanbase deserves the worst. Mind you the score was 3-1,” one fan added.

There’s no guarantee that the series will return to Los Angeles, either. The Braves will host Game 3 and Game 4 – if Atlanta wins both, the series is over.
