Just weeks after news broke that Alex Rodriguez had split from his girlfriend of three years, Jaclyn Cordeiro, he was spotted with someone new.

The retired baseball player was pictured in an intense liplock with a fellow guest at the summer’s hottest event (beside Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s mega wedding) — billionaire Michael Rubin’s annual White Party on July 1 in the Hamptons.

Of course, Rodriguez is long divorced and free to do whatever he wants and with whom. But since we are a curious crew over here, we did a little digging and found out the mystery woman’s identity with a little help from Page Six.

ARod’s lady du jour is, like Cordeiro, a fitness coach. Her name is Meghan Hayden and is a public figure herself, with 167,000 plus followers on Instagram.

As per Linked In, the former soccer player at the University of Richmond ended up transferring to the University of Miami when a shoulder injury derailed her path in sports. After receiving a degree in exercise physiology in 2016, the Connecticut native began a fitness career and founded Take Off With Meg, her nickname.

“She’s a movement mechanic first, more interested in how you move than in how much you lift,” says Hayden’s description on coach platform Train Farren. The personal trainer/model also runs a YouTube channel featuring tutorials of short-spurt workouts with kettlebells, foam rollers and weights.

Though there’s a wait list for Hayden’s services, we are pretty sure ARod can get fast-tracked in for a session or two.

So does the couple that works out together stay together? Maybe, for at least the short term.

The Westminster Christian grad, 50, has long been linked to women who take serious care of their physiques. The long list of buff lovelies include pop queen Madonna, actress Cameron Diaz, wrestler Torrie Wilson and of course, multi-hyphenate extraordinaire Jennifer Lopez. The formerly engaged pair known as JRod were often seen on gym dates in the Miami area.

“It’s new,” a source told Page Six of the relationship. “She’s a really nice person from a great family.”
