One was covered by flood insurance, the other was not. After restoring both properties, he said he recognized the value of flood coverage, calling it \u201creasonable compared to the damage it caused.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>Still, Schrieber has chosen not to carry hurricane insurance on one of his properties.<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a risk decision,\u201d he said. \u201cIt\u2019s just one I\u2019ve made on this property that I might not make on another.
