Soon, an administrative complaint will be filed to start the process toward a final disciplinary decision or exoneration.<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>According to Brito\u2019s online Florida Department of Health license profile, both licenses had been clean previously.<\/p>\n<p><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>Brito\u2019s phone isn\u2019t accepting phone calls. Gunmen still out there<\/a><\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>\u201cAt the onset of the appointment, Brito told Patient 1 that she was beautiful and that he wanted to pamper and please her,\u201d the order said. \u201cBrito then examined Patient 1\u2019s ankle. After examining her injury, Brito began to caress and massage Patient 1\u2019s foot under the guise of providing care.<\/p>\n<p><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe way Brito was touching Patient 1\u2019s foot felt sexual in nature, and Patient 1 was uncomfortable.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>Brito then moved up to Patient 1\u2019s face, the order said.<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>\u201cBrito told Patient 1 that he needed to look into her eyes to check for an iron deficiency,\u201d the order said. \u201cWhile Brito\u2019s face was close to Patient 1\u2019s, he kissed her on the cheek. Brito then attempted to kiss Patient G.D. on the mouth; she pushed him away and rebuffed his advances.<\/p>\n<p><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>\u201cBrito responded by telling Patient 1 it was fine because the door to the exam room was closed and that he wanted to \u2018please\u2019 her. Patient 1 ended the appointment and left the exam room. As she was leaving, Brito hugged her and again attempted to kiss her. Patient 1 refused to kiss Brito.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>Patient 1 left the office and hasn\u2019t returned since then. Two days later, the order said, Patient 1 received a text: \u201cGood morning, [Patient 1], this is Dr. Brito.
