Here’s what’s for sale at the Sept. government auction in Panama City

PANAMA CITY – The city of Panama City is involved in an online, ongoing government surplus auction. Here’s a look at what’s on the menu.

This auction ends on Sept. 23, so readers may want to act quickly for good prices. The auction is being held by the Florida Auction Network LLC on behalf of government bodies across the Florida panhandle.

Readers can see the full lineup by going to AuctionTime.com and searching “Florida Auction Network LLC.” Here are some standouts to a News Herald reporter and their highest bids on Sept. 21 at 4:30 p.m.:

• This one is in Blountstown: A homemade portable bathroom with two stalls, appears to have some mold on one side. The current highest bid is $110.
• A shop-built covered trailer: Current highest bid is $55.
• IBC tote storage bins: one without the cage is going for $10, the one with the cage is going for $30.
• A 2015 Dodge Charger: Current highest bid is $2,100. A 2018 model is going for $2,600.
• A 2011 Chevrolet Impala: Current highest bid is $900.
• A 2004 Mini Cooper: Current highest bid is $500.
• A 2018 RV: The inside appears to be in disarray, it’s going for $700.
• A 2016 Chevrolet Impala: The current bid is $1,200.
• A Bayway transit bus: The current bid is $200.
• A forklift: The current bid is $200
• A riding lawnmower: The current bid is $500.
• This one is in Defuniak Springs: A 1997 firetruck. The current highest bid is $200.

These prices are all from around the end of the day Tuesday, Sept. 22, so prospective bidders may want to move quick.
