Deputies are investigating after finding two dead inside a Pembroke Pines home

Deputies are investigating Monday after two people were found dead inside a Pembroke Pines home, the Broward Sheriff’s Office said.

Shortly after 7 a.m., Pembroke Pines police officers responded to a home near the 8300 block of Pine Drive and found two people, who were later pronounced dead, Gerdy St. Louis, a sheriff’s office spokeswoman said. BSO detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the deaths.

No additional information about the incident was immediately available Monday afternoon.

“This appears to be an isolated incident, and there are no threats to the community at this time,” St. Louis said. “The investigation continues.”
