After building a following from its food truck, Anchor and Bean Coffee has opened a brick-and-mortar location at 6003 Babcock St. SE in Palm Bay.

The staff is now serving customers from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays. The store is closed on Sunday.
The locally owned coffee shop offers a cozy sit-down space where guests can enjoy specialty coffee drinks, bagels, paninis and other breakfast and lunch favorites.
While the cafe is already open, Anchor and Bean plans to celebrate its grand opening Sept. 19, when it will debut its full menu and officially welcome the community into its new home.
The move from a mobile operation to a permanent cafe marks a major milestone for the business, giving customers a dedicated place to gather while expanding the menu and dining experience.

The new cafe adds another locally owned dining option to Palm Bay’s growing food scene and offers residents a new spot for coffee, breakfast and casual lunches.
