13 travelers treated for ear pain after Fort Lauderdale flight, BSO says
Several people were treated for ear pain after getting off a plane that landed at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport Monday afternoon, according to Broward Sheriff’s Office Fire Rescue.

Paramedics took three people to the hospital for evaluation, and treated a total of 13, said Battalion Chief Michael Kane, spokesman for BSO Fire Rescue.
A pressurization issue with the plane may have caused the passengers’ ear issues, Kane said.
