$17M Golden Beach home, Ritz South Beach condo among top luxury deals
Eleven contracts for homes and condos over $4 million were signed Aug. 31-Sept. 6 in Miami-Dade County.

The combined total of the contracts was around $80 million, down from $132 million over 15 deals during the same stretch last year.
The top contract was for a home in Golden Beach, a small, affluent oceanfront municipality in Northeast Miami-Dade, which went under contract for $17 million. The six-bedroom home has waterfront access on the Intracoastal.
The town, which has fewer than 1,000 residents and is just south of the Broward border, punches above its weight on the luxury real estate market. Last month, a home in Golden Beach went under contract for nearly $80 million.
The second- and third-priciest contracts of the week were in the Coral Gables area. A six-bedroom home at 4867 SW 82nd St. went under contract for $8 million, and a five-bedroom waterfront home at 3499 N. Prospect Dr. went under contract for $7.1 million.

The top condo contract was the pre-construction purchase of a $10.5 million unit in the Ritz-Carlton Residences, South Beach. The luxury oceanfront condo building, just off Lincoln Road, is expected to be completed in 2028.
Another South Beach condo, a unit in Five Park, made the list with a $4.3 million contract. Five Park, which overlooks the MacArthur Causeway, is the tallest building in Miami Beach at 519 feet.
The other top condo contracts were in Sunny Isles Beach and Key Biscayne.
An $8.4 million contract in a Ritz-Carlton branded condo tower and a $4.5 million contract in the Armani-branded tower made the list in Sunny Isles Beach.
In Key Biscayne, the top contracts were worth $6.9 million and $4.5 million.
The top new listing last week was a condo in Seaway at The Surf Club in Surfside. The unit was listed for just under $60 million.
