Pembroke Pines was No. 1 among major U.S. cities. The Southwest Broward city fared best in the category of Hispanic business friendliness, which calculated Pembroke Pines’ entrepreneurial activity, industry variety, startups per capita as well as its share of Hispanic-owned businesses and the average growth of their revenues.
