Man dies after falling from deck of ship docked at PortMiami, deputies say
A man aboard a cruise ship docked at PortMiami died after falling from a deck early Monday morning, according to the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office.

At around 3:30 a.m., deputies responded to the port after reports of the fall. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue pronounced the man dead on the ship.
MDSO Homicide Bureau detectives are investigating and call it an “unclassified death investigation.”

The cause and manner of death will be determined by the Miami-Dade medical examiner’s office.
