Miami-Dade’s top luxury contract is a $31.5M condo. See what else is selling
An ultra-luxury Four Seasons-branded condo in Surfside continues to be one of Miami-Dade’s hot places to buy.

A $31.5 million unit at the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club was the most expensive luxury residential contract signed last week, according to a weekly report of contracts worth $4 million or more from Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes Team.
The Surf Club residences, which were built around a private club that dates back to the 1930s, was also where the billionaire former CEO of Starbucks, Howard Schultz, bought a $44 million penthouse earlier this year after announcing he and his wife were leaving Seattle for South Florida.
It’s the second week in a row a unit in Surfside has been the most expensive condo to go under contract in Miami-Dade. Last week, a buyer signed a $16.8 million contract for a three-bedroom condo in Surfside’s Fendi Chateau.
The Surf Club condo on Collins Avenue was also one of three condo contracts involving a Four Seasons-branded building last week. Two units in the Four Seasons Residences in Brickell sold for more than $5 million each.

Last week’s second most expensive condo contract was another unit in a luxury condo building built around a historic private club. A buyer signed a $14.8 million contract for a six-bedroom condo in the Residences at the Bath Club in Miami Beach.
A unit in the Zaha Hadid-designed downtown Miami condo building One Thousand Museum went under contract for $7.5 million. David and Victoria Beckham previously owned a penthouse in the building, which they sold earlier this year for $24.6 million.
The most expensive single-family home to go under contract was a $22 million Bay Harbor Islands home. The eight-bedroom, nearly 6,000-square-footer is on the island’s western waterfront, facing Biscayne Bay. Bay Harbor Islands has been the site of significant redevelopment in recent years, as developers snap up the traditionally middle class town’s precious waterfront real estate to build high-end homes and condos.
