A Publix in South Florida sold Monday’s only major lottery draw game winner

That didn’t come in the Powerball game, so that jackpot will bump up to $663 million for Wednesday’s draw. Those who like to play for the gargantuan jackpots have a shot Tuesday with the $800 million Mega Millions drawing.

All $52,684 of Monday’s Fantasy 5 midday draw jackpot went to the holder of a Quick Pick ticket with 1, 3, 17, 24 and 26. That lucky ticket was purchased at the Key Largo Publix, 101499 Overseas Hwy.
This ticket must be cashed at one of the Florida Lottery district offices. The southernmost office is in Miami Lakes, 14621 Oak Ln., open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Appointments aren’t required, but can be made at [email protected] and 305-364-3080.
