Worker is killed by front-end loader in Florida Keys, sheriff’s office says
A worker at a Florida Keys industrial site was killed by a front-end loader on Tuesday morning, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.

The workers were crushing rocks at the site at 4250 Overseas Highway around 11:20 a.m. when the accident happened, the sheriff’s office said.
The front-end loader struck 37-year-old Victor Vivian Cano Franco in the midsection, and his body was severed, according to the agency.

Detectives do not suspect foul play, sheriff’s office spokesman Adam Linhardt said. The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has been notified, Linhardt said.
