Kendall is slammed. But there seems to always be more space for stores in Dadeland Mall, and 2026 has not stopped that expansion.

Since January, several new stores have opened at the mall, which was only about 500,000 square feet when it opened in 1962. Today, the expanded Dadeland has tripled in size, sprawling over 1.5 million square feet. For some of these newcomers, these are their first storefronts in Miami-Dade County.
The newcomers are led by the Brazilian eyewear and accessory brand Chilli Beans, a company that was founded in São Paulo in 1997 and opened its first store in Florida on Miami Beach’s Lincoln Road in 2023.
As part of the company’s U.S. expansion, its franchisor, World Bridge Brands, plans to open 60 new locations in the country by 2030. The Dadeland version is a kiosk.
“Despite today’s geopolitical uncertainties, the United States remains the world’s strongest consumer market and continues to offer outstanding opportunities for brands pursuing international growth,” said Nathali Oliveira, co-founder of World Bridge Brands, in a statement.
Here’s what to see now and expect this month:
