A North Miami Beach top cop was arrested on a video voyeurism charge on Tuesday, according to Miami-Dade court records.

Capt. Jose Maya has been “relieved of duty pending the criminal proceedings and the department’s internal administrative investigation,” Police Chief Juan Pinillos wrote in a statement on social media Wednesday morning.
