She accuses owner Tropical Paradise Resorts, manager EZ Hospitality and franchisor Choice Hotels International Inc. of failing “to prevent and/or take steps to prevent this horrific criminal conduct from occurring at their hotel, so that [the defendants] could continue earning a profit at the expense of human life, human rights, and human dignity.”
