Are you crossing party lines this election? We want to hear about it

The Miami Herald wants to hear from Democrats and Republicans in South Florida who are thinking about voting for candidates representing the opposition party in November’s election.

The Florida governor’s race is between two candidates who switched parties themselves: Republican Byron Donalds was a Democrat two decades ago, before he became politically active. David Jolly is a former Republican congressman who left his party in opposition to Donald Trump, and joined the Democrats before running for governor.

Both candidates are now making concerted efforts to win over voters disillusioned by their party’s promises. Is it working on you?
