This just in: Channel 7 is leaving Miami and moving to new studios in Broward

WSVN is moving to Miramar, marking a new chapter for the South Florida Fox and ABC affiliate. News anchors Craig Stevens and Belkys Nerey toured the new 70,000-square-foot building at Miramar Parkway and Red Road on Wednesday, May 27.

“This is so much more technically advanced than the building they’re in,” James Bry, executive vice president of Sunbeam Properties & Development, told the Miramar News.

The station has been in based in North Bay Village since 1956. WSVN plans to be fully broadcasting from its new Miramar base by January 2027.
