Gas prices have plunged by double digits in South Florida. Check your area

Gas prices have sharply decreased this week, plunging nearly 30 cents a gallon in Florida.

South Florida also saw a double-digit drop, and the plunge brought back under-$4-a-gallon gas to Bradenton, Orlando and the Tampa Bay areas.

“Florida drivers are finally seeing relief at the gas pump after a sharp run-up in prices last month,” AAA said in a statement from spokesperson Mark Jenkins.

North Florida is the cheapest to pump in Florida while the Keys and Palm Beach County are the most expensive areas to buy gas, according to AAA.
