But, the Ertz addition wasn’t the only one made by the Eagles following their Week 2 win over the Tennessee Titans. The Birds are also adding a former Pro Bowl defender to the practice squad.

Eagles Sign Kenny Moore II to Practice Squad

According to The Athletic’s Zach Berman, the Eagles are signing veteran cornerback Kenny Moore II to their practice squad.

Moore previously played with the Indianapolis Colts from 2017 to 2025 and he was named to the Pro Bowl in 2021 as a result of his productive play. He appeared in 14 games for Indianapolis last season and tallied 55 combined tackles, 3 QB hits, 3 tackles for a loss and one interception. He was released by the Colts in May.

It remains to be seen exactly what Moore’s role in Philadelphia will be, but having a defender with his level of positional versatility, experience and production on the roster certainly can’t hurt.

Kenny Moore Contract Details With Eagles

Shortly after the news of Moore signing with the Eagles broke, details emerged regarding his contract with the team. According to Mike Garafolo of NFL Network, Moore’s contract is expected to be a one-year deal worth up to $3 million. So, it’s a low-risk addition for the Eagles that comes with no long-term commitment.

In a corresponding move, the Eagles parted ways with practice squad cornerback Robert Longerbeam, who is expected to sign with the Atlanta Falcons.
